Morning all, I read all the warnings about week6 Run1 catching alot of people out, And i nearly was its latest victim.
So Friday i ran a whole 20mins non stop and yesterday caught glimpses of the London Marathon runners so 5-8-5 interval runs, piece of cake
I set of flying out the blocks this morning just over 3 mins into the first 5 min run im blowing out my rear, so had to slow it down see the 5 mins out and re group and talk to myself on the 3 min walk .
Nice and easy on the next 2 intervals seen my over the line.
Pleased to have completed this run and lesson learnt.
