I've never run this late before, but I've been out all day watching Vikings & Saxons fighting in forest, all walking at the pace of a three year old so I was itching to get out there.

It looked like rain but I reckoned I wouldn't have time again until Monday, so thought I'd best make the effort and get moving.

Trails were busy with dog walkers and horses, but dodged everyone and soon enough Sarah is telling me I've done πŸ‘Š surprisingly I'm starting to enjoy the running for it's own sake if that makes sense πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ got back before the rain started ... win win

I know 😁 it really is nice and miles of trails, mind you lots of 'cider appreciation club' members later on in the day 🍻

Presumably you're not talking about the people who own orchards and take great care in producing their own?

More likely the sort that likes the cheapest sort possible and like to sit on benches shouting at people...?

Most definitely the latter 🀣

Well done. Sounds like a lovely session.

Where do the re-enactments take place?

Good luck with the rest of the week.

The Vikings got a right pasting 🏹 but they were all staying in the same camp tonight so sure they'll all be friends again by morning πŸ˜‰
