Congratulations on completing week 4 Namrod, yes, don't fear week 5 'this time' I assume you have looked at run 3 of week 5.
I have previously reached week 7, before I fractured my ankle. So being extra cautious re pain at present. Stamina doesn't seem to be an issue...yet.
