Turned a corner

Overweightmalenurse profile image

Week 1 run 3 completed was stuggling up to my 4th run then all of a sudden breathing got easier and legs felt like they had a bit more life in them. Fingers crossed I've turned a corner. Looking forward to week 2. I think?

Well done 👏 the key is if your struggling just take it a bit slower

Just brilliant - it is simply staggering how quickly you can make progress with c25k. Just keep it nice and slow and you’ll be fine. Your body & mind will thank you in many many ways!

Well done. This programme is amazing. A few weeks I was thinking a minute was an eternity and today I ran for 20mins. You so have this and it’s onwards and upwards from here. I actually started to enjoy it too and you will definitely enjoy the benefits. I still struggle sometimes with breathing so well done for getting that under control. 🏃‍♂️
