I’ve found the M&S zip up the front type the best 😊

Most stores that do lingerie do sports bras, for more curvy ladies Bravissimo are good, plus running shops too, personally, I’ve found Shock Absorber, their ultimate run bra the best to date.

I also have a M&S sports bra that zips up the front . About £25 but worth it.

Hi the ‘shock absorber’ bra is a reasonable price on amazon. I am a DD and I think most sports bras take a certain amount of effort getting into them !

I have I’m a 36f and I bought mine from sports direct was only about fiver and it’s brilliant no movement whatsoever!

Brilliant thanks, and what a price ! I really can’t afford to be splurging at the moment but a fiver works for me

I'm with Madge50 on this, go to Bravissimo, they are brilliant! I'm not massive, but I'm fairly well endowed and having had breast cancer need a really supportive bra. The ladies at Bravissimo don't measure you or anything, they just look at you, go off, and come back with a bra for you to try, the first one the brought to me was perfect, no idea how they do it. Mine is a Shock Absorber, around £35, and worth every penny. I didn't reckon the M&S front loaders much, try it on and jump up and down and see if you think it gives you enough support.

I also didn't want anything that needs scaffolding to get it on, or three hands, or two people....I love my Shock Absorber.

I swear by bravissimo. Expensive but worth it. Also the best place to get a bra fitting in my opinion.

I use M&S front zip; might try some of the others recommended here! Whichever you go for you’ll need to try it on - what you use daily might not be the same in a sports bra!

Beware of the zip up bra. My M&S one is great but you need to check you have zipped right to the top. It can de disconcerting when it starts unzipping mid run. 😂😂

I was going to go for shock absorber next based on recommendation but I think I’ll try a bravissimo.

I have an enelle sports spa which looks a bit scary but is the only one I’ve found that actually works. It’s about £40 so a risk but has opened up the world of exercise to me. :)
