Am I doing this slow jogging thing wrong or something? Yesterday was w1r2, and I still have not experienced any aches or pains or stiffness. I promise you that I AM moving, honest! 😳

You’re fine! That’s the point of the slow jogging - it’s low impact so designed not to hurt. More proper athletes are showing that slow does build really good basic strength, and helps with pace for those that want to work on that. But with the slow jogging you shouldn’t feel pain at the durations you’re running. Yesterday I did a 50 minute run, I felt it a bit afterwards but only mildly, like after good exercise. You’re doing it right!

Thank you! I just feel like I’m cheating! 😂

You’re not cheating at all!!

I found my legs can take me forever, it’s my lungs and fitness that need the training. Everyone is different, my husband gets really achy muscles but doesn’t have any breathing issues

It’s my lungs that let me down, too. When I think I used to be a regular singer, it saddens me that I lost that capacity.

Don't look for them.

Just keep going as you are.
