So last year I did the C25k program and loved it, sadly I then let things slip and restarted it a couple of months ago.
All was going well and 5 weeks ago I completed wk7 run 3, I then came down with what can only be described as the plague and spent 2 weeks feeling like I couldn’t get out of bed let alone go for a run
Had every intention of restarting and the mum in law fractured her back in 2 places (she’s 82) so the last 3 weeks have been spent back and too at the hospital visiting.
Things seem to be settling down and I am planning on going for a run in the morning but I am unsure at what stage I should restart?
I would class myself as fairly active (I have a horse) but could really do with tomorrow being a positive experience but also enough of a challenge to push me to start making the time for me to actually go for a run......
