Hi

After pulling my calf on w7 r1 3 weeks ago I can now walk lol

I am thinking of going for a walk tonight can I play W1 r1??? Then when ready jump forward to select w7 r2??

Didn’t want to have to redo all 6 weeks if it reset the app!

I would suggest you to start with week6. Since you have had a break of appx 3weeks, allow some time to adjust back to running. If redoing W6 it on the app is not possible, try the stopwatch or download the podcast only for this week.

I feel your pain Stalrunner! Did my calf a few weeks ago and it was niggling at me all through my w6r3 this am. Grrr! Whichever run you go for, good luck and I hope you’re back to full fitness again soon!

Good to hear you’re back walking... go very gently first time you run, with no pressure and then assess where your fitness is.
