Road Shoes broken!!!

I've worn to padding through at the heel on my trusty road shoes, going for new ones Sunday and get a gait analysis done at the sometime.

I was hoping to do Park Run tomorrow morning, can i wear the trail shoes, our Park Run in all on hard ground along a Prom TIA x

You can, if they are pure "trail" treads you will wear them a little faster on the tarmac. Many trail shoes are designed to do a bit of both however so I wouldn't worry too much for just one morning.

Thank you just don't want to put my road shoes on as i was in agony for last mile of my run bank holiday monday.
