Finally, 30 minutes with Laura, after my last two runs where I lost Laura and went over. No cut out this time. But a thank you to my backup, Fitbit, for the countdown timer on my watch. I have one more run and then I "graduate". The next thing is to work on pace, stride, stamina, core - you know, important stuff.
While I'm looking forward to completely Couch to 5K, I think I will miss Laura. But I am not going anywhere, since I have already subscribed to the Couch to 5K +, hopefully not jinxing my last run. What I need to do is make a playlist. Any suggestions out there, for a really slow runner? Besides the already suggested Mechanical Animals, which I received from a former student, who to my delight has been very supportive of my running.
