No questions just thinking aloud really, but any advice extremely welcome.
Consolidation run 7 last night was much easier as I had been having breathing issues and slowed right down meaning my time for 30 mins running was 9:45 per KM. Even though I enjoyed the run so much more - I still can't help beating myself up for not covering 5k in 30 mins.
I try to tell myself that at the beginning of the year I couldn't run for one minute let alone 30 but the gremlins always kick in... especially when I get lapped by another runner (or should I say all other runners)
That is my next thing to work on ...
