So all being well will graduate on Friday and gone and treated myself to an upgrade on my Fitbit to a Garmin Forerunner 235 as a reward and motivation to continue ( was due to upgrade phone but decided I could live with existing iPhone SE a bit longer to justify said extravagance !!). Anyway fiddling around on Google and found Laura on post Couch to 5K + Stepping Stone. Have I been blind as not stumbled across posts about this and seems to fit the bill for keeping me on track. Any thoughts? Meanwhile I look forward to anticipation to the final run. Hmmm to do a there and back or the hillier circuit... we shall see on Friday! 🏃♀️

Great purchase... have a wonderful graduation run... you deserve both.
The C25K+ podcasts are good... but they’re not easy... it’s best to consolidate on 30 minutes until it’s comfortable/easy before running them.
Run the next run wherever you feel comfortable... if that’s the hillier out and back, cool, if not then that route isn’t going to disappear and the next run after graduation is a celebration one. Wherever you run it, love every step.
