Well done run 2 of week 5 today and must say it felt like my best performance so far despite the 2 8min runs. I felt on the second 8 min run that i upped the pace abit. Feeling so happy although the left knee is a tad uncomfortable.
Its the big step on Friday though, a 20 mins non stop run.

Well done mate! Just take it steady, you've done the work, you're ready for it.
Great job... having some left is brilliant. So, your tank is bigger than today’s workout... nothing to fear in that next one... it’s only a big jump in your head... your body did warmup, 21 minutes of cardio, cooldown... your head did two 8 minute runs. Your body is the one that’s right... next time it’s 20... get the mind on the task of keeping the pace down and you’ll be fine. Enjoy.
