So a bit nervous this morning after Monday’s run was tough but I’d tried to make sure I drank enough the day before and wore lighter clothing and it was great 😊 hard work but further and faster and still some left in the tank for the last 60 seconds which I would never have believed. Like so many others have said, trust the plan 😀 looking forward to run 3 now 😀 I really doubted I’d achieve this but so glad I have
