Hi, I haven’t posted much in here as I have started week 1 a dozen times and then given up! This time I’ve got to week 3 and am actually starting to enjoy it, I think my downfall previously has been that I was running too quickly, getting tired and then quitting because ‘I’m not a runner’!Very slow and steady this time and so far so good 😊
Week 3: Hi, I haven’t posted much in here as I... - Couch to 5K

That’s the ticket! The thing that can get you is the brisk walk & breaking into a run, naturally a lot of us then start running faster than that. Mistake! Once you learn to run slowly it all feels more doable. If you like the slow pace check out the Japanese slow jogging movement video on youtube. I love this slow running technique and still run this way, as at this pace the running itself is enjoyable. Well done for perseverance!

Great job.
If anybody starts C25K as a runner, they’re in the wrong place. C25K turns willing people into runners. When you graduate this in a few weeks you will be that runner and have a strong base from which you can achieve anything.
Enjoy your journey.
