W6r1 - I can’t believe I’m doing it!

I’m still struggling with the shock I ran for 20 minutes solid in w5r3 - and here I am - in week 6! Not only am I doing it - but I’m really enjoying it! And my distance I achieve each time is getting better and better!

Has anyone got any tips for calf muscle aches?

Some calf stretches might help. I am glad you are enjoying your runs. Rfc x
