Though tomorrow it will just be logging dog walking miles. Though I might try and get 12 minutes of ‘run as fast as you can’ done during a walk, if it isn’t too hot.

12 minutes balls out? Rather you than me! Tomorrow here is forecast as hot, but Wednesday is cool and a little wet... come on April showers!!!

Yes. It’s one of those vicious little ‘test’ runs that my training plan does supposedly to help it calculate more appropriate paces for future runs.

To be honest I’ve never got far enough to see if ever does - last year the weather got too hot for me to run, and then the IC beckoned.
