Yesterday I did my First Park Run (Harlow Essex). It was my 1st Run without Jo Whiley, and after my Run Keeper decided to Play me up just as I started the run it was my 1st blind run. Finished 190th out of 270, but was 5th in my 60 to 64 Age Group! Completed in a time of 34.04. Which is there or thereabouts what I have been running on my own. Wasn’t sure if I would but enjoyed the experience. Can’t do it every week due to shift work but will prob do next week. Tuesday, planning my 1st Run with my daughter also recently graduated, after I inspired her to take up the programme. According to Run Keeper our times are strikingly similar so will be interesting!
