I hope you’re all enjoying your sunshine? It’s been raining here in Spain for three days. And it’s cold! Only 16 degrees, took me a while to stop shivering and warm up. But I did see a squirrel on the way back!

Ooooo my first hot spell as a runner and it’s silly o’clock running times! Well for me anyway. I am sure sunshine will be with you soon. Squirrel spotting too? New hobby?

Ah yes, I should think about the advantages! Won’t be long before I’m having to go out before 6 to avoid the heat! But then I get to throw myself in the Med afterwards, so it’s not all bad.

Squirrels spot me. They stand and laugh, holding their nuts....
