Absolutely overjoyed to get 6.3 ticked off.

Recurring persistent ankle injury that hit back after Run 6.2 on Wednesday and coincidentally I picked up the above paper posted on the magic forum at the same time.
Read the paper applied the recommendations and took a 3-4 day repair period, slowed down and got through 6.3, 25 mins, on my I’m a runner Run.🙈😂
I now have the self belief, patience,found the brake and the information to manage my way through the continuous runs.
Just got to do the exercises for ankle and hip twice per day and the hot and cold 4 times per day and then go when pain free.
The magic forum never fails you.Had a thoughtful experience also this morning, as I ran past the Beach House I moved from 31 years ago a red squirrel 🐿 ran right across my path to the feeders in the garden there.🤔
Gosh that gave me another lift.
