I’ve just completed week 1 and feel brilliant! It’s really warm out there already so glad I went out early. Can’t believe I did it to be honest but I did even if it was quite slow at times. Now I’m ready to start week 2!

Slow is fine! Slow is more than fine! My slow tips are - your brisk walk can be faster than your run! And many of us slow runners follow the Japanese slow jogging technique (there’s a short film on youtube) which has helped us as the durations have increased. This is really about learning to run for 30 minutes so don’t stress about speed or distance, you can always work on those later. This is such an amazing journey hope you enjoy it! Good luck.

Slow is good. I run like Mrs Overall if anybody remembers Julie Walters character. I walk quicker than I run but I am still running, which is the main thing. Just nicely pace yourself. The only person you are in competition with is yourself. So no rush. Happy running. 🏃♀️
