So, I have gone back to basics and restarted the app from week 1... I was doing so well and got to mid week 4 and loving it... Anyway life got a bit in the way and I kinda fell off the wagon with it all... Tried to pick up where I left off but noticed myself struggling so decided to start all over again. I bought myself the most amazing trainers from runners need had my gait analysis done and everything. Anyway long story short my head is back in the game and I'm aiming to complete my 9 weeks before my hols x
