One morning I’m dipping my toes in

Just completed run 1 of week 6 just as the sun came up. For my 5 minute warm down walk next time I’ve promised myself I’m taking my shoes and socks off and walking along the edge of the sea. Unless of course there’s any Heath and safety issues that I don’t know about. Happy Easter Weekend. Oh and one thing I’m thinking of doing in between the run days is cycling. Is cycling classed though as high impact?

Cycling is fine.. walking, swimming, climbing...yoga..Pilates etc etc.. and cooling the toes in the sea..perfect!

Lovely place to run. That can be a tricky run so well done👍

Well done! I found sand difficult to run on...good luck with run 2

I used to live in Australia, and running on the beach barefoot is, in my opinion, the best run you can do. That looks beautiful, i'm extremely jealous.
