W7R1 - A Good Friday

So first of week 7 runs done. Bit apprehensive on account of it being the warmest day of the year so far.

Needn't have worried. Managed and added 100m to my W6R3 run to break the 3km mark.

All in all, feeling chuffed and I think I've definitely earned my beer in the sunshine in the garden...
