W9R3 completed and I'm thrilled that not only can I run 30 mins I can also run 5K! I am sitting here grinning and ridiculously pleased with myself. I started back in January to try and get fit and keep my bone density up but now I'm hooked. I'm a runner!!
This forum is such a great supportive place. I've read loads of posts and posted in turn. I've learned so much from all my app buddies so thanks all. Big hugs all round π€

Fantastic and many congratulations to you for your great achievement. Enjoy your post graduation runs. Try a Parkrun soon. Lovely way to kick off your weekend.
Thanks. I've got friends who do park run and keep asking me when I'm joining them. But, I've always run by myself so running in a group seems a bit if a leap. I guess it's my next challenge!
Iβd done all my C25k runs on my own too, but Parkrun is just the best fun. Youβre only really running with the people around you, not the other 1000 or so (depending on Parkrun size) but itβs a great atmosphere!
Donβt worry....Iβve done one path run ..I was only in a group for first five minutes it soon disperses around you as so many different speeds. I am super slow. I still listen to Jo on them.
