I had a really great time on this run. I've definitely found my happy pace, and I'm not struggling to speed up at the end. It's just amazing to think of my progress. We can do this people! πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

That's amazing! I had the same feeling around the same point in the program, quite suddenly changed from dreading it to loving it. Now I've hurt my ankle and I'm actually upset I can't go for my last week 8 run today! Who'd have thought 8 weeks ago I'd be upset about not going for a run!

Oh no! I was in that position a few months ago. Hopefully you'll be feeling better on your ankle soon so you can carry on - don't rush it though!

Congratulations, that's brilliant and very inspiring! I completed W7R3 today. Having moved to trails with some inclination, I am feeling challenged, but I'm sure I will improve slowly but steadily.
