So it will be week 4 run 2 tomorrow and I’m really looking forward too it! Id even go as far to say I cannot wait! Is that odd?

I have been struggling with my mental health quite a bit and i feel that this has given me focus and it is really helping!

Does any one else feel that running/jogging/walking helps there mental health/ a release?

You guys are all great motivators too! Xx

While I haven’t had any mental health issues per say... my mood is generally a lot higher than it was before I started C25K. It really does make a difference!

Is it odd that you’re looking forward to a run? No, but you’re earlier than a lot of people in getting to that state. Great running... let the addiction take you! Enjoy that run.

Physical exercise really does help so much! 👌🏼

It definitely helps. If you look back at my posts over the winter you’ll find they’re full of references to the Black Dog and the Panic Moth ! Sometimes they make it hard to get out, but once I manage that I feel loads better. Hope you go on feeling it too x

Yes , running or any exercise is a great tool for fitness and mental health , we are always being told this but we just have to listen 😊😊
