Just finished week 7 run 2 and it was hard I have to say. The weather was hot and humid and towards the end of the run I took comfort from thinking about all your posts, all each and everyone of you that has gone through week 1 to 5k, and it bolstered me up, gave me that little bit more energy that I needed to finish. In fact I did an extra 5 minutes it was that good.
So although I've never met any of you guys, we just seem to be one big family. Thanks for the support.
