Was meant to do a 2k recovery run for NRC, I sorta forgot about the distance and was just enjoying the run and that the fact I wasn't aching after my run and cycle yesterday. So at 5k I stopped. So wanted to go on but decided that was enough. Lol. Love them runs
Was happy with the pace. It was constant all the way theough.

Nice recovery run.. if you have a run long enough on the current week to swap it to, it’s possible to do so. If not, you’re used to more mileage anyways, so no harm done.
My longest run over the 5 weeks is 8k. I sorta had to play with it as some of the runs when I put correct times had me doing 9, 10 and 12k runs. My foot wouldnt hold out to that. So I put less figures in but more training days. I'm sorta limited to what I can do. Just need to build more up in my 6/7k runs and then hopefully get the 10k in close to that. I'm happy doing lower distance. Sorta fits in around work as well. I'm. Hoping these long cycles and strength work that I'm doing with pt will help too.
I only done the 5 week one to make sure I liked it and enjoyed it. If I do I'll try the longer one after holiday.
Sounds cool... if the app ups the distance too quickly for the ankle just cancel and go on your current starts... first week of a plan is usually a consolidation job.
That is somthing I was worried about, then I was thinking if I just done what I could that week hopefully then the following week it would update again and I would have a good indication where Im at. All theory. See what happens. Main thing is I'm still running
