Back from a back pain break

Morning All

Just over two weeks ago my back finally went after teetering on the edge for ages. This is a result of walking two dogs who want to go different ways at the same time. Ive rested, not walked them for 2 weeks (left it to OH) and no running. I feel soooooo guilty. I was at Wk6 Run 1 when i stopped. I want to step out again and give it a try. Should i start back at an earlier Week?

The general theory is you don't lose fitness in 2 week. Wk6 r1 is intervals anyway so maybe just give it a go and see how you feel. Slow and steady
