I have done W4R2 after a gym workout 20 mins later I still managed to do it so the program works I was a bit more tired but not by a big margin so my endurance has improved ππββοΈ

Good for you Kevtrev on completing run 2 of week 4 after a gym workout, just shows how much energy you have, I fully agree with you that the program works, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 4 π π
Thanks on and upwards. Tomorrow Iβm doing body balance a gym workout and at night a Pilates class things you have to do to get back strong again but a new lifestyle now for me and I did a spin class Monday that was hard but next week it will be a bit easier ππββοΈπββοΈ
O my goodness a spin class, that is on a stationery π² bike going all out, that really does sap the energy out of you, well done. There is a spin class near me, I can see the people at that class near the window going like the hammers with shouting from the official instructor and loud disco music. π
