Can’t believe I have just completed W9R3!! I would never have imagined 9 weeks ago that I could have done this. To everyone who is just starting or in the middle of this - YOU CAN DO IT!! If I can do it anyone can! Stick with it, repeat weeks if you need to, it doesn’t matter if it takes longer than 9 weeks, just be proud of yourself and go for it!
