1st race

[Pidgypoos]

Just a quick update. My awesome little pooch Cora now aka The Pocket Rocket and I completed our 1st charity 5k canicross race this morning. I have to say it was hard work but we completed it in a time of 35m 27s. I have discovered that running up multiple inclines saps the energy and I need to work on it. However on the plus side I recovered surprisingly quick.

Well done Pidgypoos and Cora, love the photo, dogs are awesome! I graduated on Friday and am looking forward to running with my Husky Sky, she's a true athlete so I hope she understands I can't go as fast, on the plus side being a sledge dog she might be able to pull me up the hills...lol

Unfortunately Cora wasn't much use on the hills as she only weighs 10kg 😂
