Hi all, finished day 1 this morning!

Running as part of a weight loss programme..i've dropped 3 stone in a year and now its time to kick on and get some sort of fitness back. I played American football for many years in the 80's, but it ended due to knee injuries. Gained 5 stone since then due to becoming a couch surfer. Looking forward to graduating.

I misread that. I thought you said "a lovely beat-up bunch" which may also be true for some of us :)
