Week one done and I can’t believe I’m actually looking forward to running again next week! Was away in Bristol for the weekend so made sure to pack my kit and ran through the beautiful Blaine Castle estate - highly recommend☺️ Any tips for week two?

I also finished week 1 this morning! I found it the hardest of the week but glad I got through. Wondering how I’m going to make it through 90 seconds next week 😂 good luck with week 2!

It’s funny isn’t it, I did too - I think it’s because you know what’s coming maybe as it’s the third time of the same pattern? Hopefully new music next week!
