Been on the IC for two weeks after hurting the old hamstring on a dog walk π so back to it on Monday but Iβm going to have to back track a bit, physio suggests ten minutes running on Monday a bit more on Wednesday and a bit more than that on Friday. Very frustrating as I was running 4.7k in 36mins when I hurt it, but it is what it is and I will take his sensible advice. The great thing is whenever I have seen a runner these two weeks I felt envy and not relief that I didnβt βhaveβ to run, didnβt realise I would miss it so much π

Glad you are recovering..............pounding pavements sounds brutally harsh for a recovering body...........how about gently caressing the greensward?
