I am away on a business trip. Only real option is as jogunlikely puts it....the dreadmill.

I sm due to do W5R3 20 mins run. Is treadmill harder? Any advice?

I read in one of the post that keep 1 degree incline when doing treadmill to make park run and treadmill effort same. Don’t know about this, but you may wish to try

I don't think the dreadmill is all that dreadful, it's just all those people who are used to running outside dislike running on the treadmill inside, good luck for your third run of week 5 on the treadmill. 😊
