I was dreading this one as I really didn't believe I could do it and what state I would be in when I did it... But it felt a lot better than I had imagined. Hopefully run2 will be just as successful 👍

Exactly how I felt and now I only have W4R3 to do then I'm on to week 5 - and I'm looking forward to it! I am shocked that this is happening.

NONE of it is as bad as you think it is. Your BODY (but not necessarily your MIND) is always prepared for the next run - that's what all the previous runs are for - to prepare you for the next one .
