Ouch..... I have calf muscles an they are letting me know it. The first attempt at 3 minutes of running non stop hurt. I didn't stop but every second of the last run I wanted to. It was only my coaches voice telling me I was half way through it that stopped me from collapsing in a heap on the floor sobbing. Am not looking forward to run 2.
