Tried new running belt for phone. Awkward to check Laura’s not taking a nap so fiddled around mid run and realised when I got back Strava stopped after 7 minutes! Well I didn’t that’s for sure! Not the best but done. Might squeeze in another run before I then take a break as going away and won’t be running and timely, I think so can give various aches a good rest so I can enjoy the final 5 runs to this finish/ start line! Happy running all !

Every now and then a rest is so good for us. I hate it when tech misbehaves. I was on a 17km yesterday and got a phone call, I pushed stop run instead of pause on my Garmin, I was gutted ☹️ I know it was my fault but I still blame the tech for making it easy 😂. Have a great break. Rfc x
