After running 30 minutes several times a week on the treadmill over the past five months it's been quite a learning curve going back to running outside !! (C25k was completed last summer running outdoors) I realised with my first run a week ago it was going to take time to build up my distance and time again so here I am back with Laura - W4R1 completed this nice sunny morning - slow and steady does it - hope to get my "second graduation" in a few weeks lol
