Week 8 to Home Straight!!

Today I completed run 3 of week 8, it was hard!! But I did it ...can not believe I’m heading into week 9 🤯

To anyone just starting and struggling to believe they’ll manage to run for the longer times it just happens, have faith in the plan, take it one run at a time. ☺️
