Loving getting out running after finishing the C25K. Repeated week 9 for the first 2 weeks, but now running without the encouraging voice of Jo Whiley in my ear. Mixing it up, by running in different places when I can and focussing on nature and everything around me. Now started pushing my time and distance a little once a week. It’s great to be a runner again. Keep it going folks, the prize is so worthwhile 😁
