so January I decided to start C25K thinking Iβm never gonna be able to run never mind 30mins or even 5k. I never stick to anything I start but I had a bigger goal in mind that kept me goin.
So last week I was pushing my self to run 5k a little outside of 35-40 mins nd I felt brilliant, nd last nite I completed C25K with a little help from a few on here thanks guys, I did it and soo proud I signed up to a 10K race run that Iβm looking forward to tomorrow, not goin to over do it as I canβt run 10K yet lol but got to start somewhere
Good luck to everyone out there who is starting this amazing training programme you can do it know matter how long it takes u can do it

Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating.
I am not sure if you should run a 10K tomorrow, that really is a bit risky, you could get a injury. ππ€Most people do a 10K plan like B210K before they attempt to run a full 10K event.
