So week 5 run 2, so I’m starting to look forward to my next sessions, I didn’t see that coming at the beginning!
I enjoyed the run and love the feeling of achievement at the end. I must admit the first run of 8 minutes I struggled with and think that was because I couldn’t get my breathing under control. After the walk and starting the second run, I was back in control and found it a lot easier going. As I’ve posted previously I’m doing this on a treadmill so the pace is very controlled but I did have to drop the incline for the second run 🤷🏼♀️ Still it’s in the bag now 😀
One question for you week 5’s: has anyone found their appetite increasing? Or is this just me rewarding myself in the wrong way?!
