I've not run for 3 weeks due to illness and work commitments, I was up to week 8. Should I just carry on from where I left off ? Any advice would be most welcome

Head out gently.. listen to your body and see what it tells you. If you feel it is okay...then carry on slow and steady If not.. then use it as a return run and go back a couple of runs
