Graduated a couple of weeks ago. Conti uing to run twice a week , 30 minute runs, but not getting any easier. Is there any benefit to altering runs so 1 is always 30 minutes and the other is 2 x 15 or 3 x 10. Could this help stamina or is it better to just keep plodding on 😀

Stamina is almost completely defined by your longest run, so to increase it, go long on one run. Running 35 once a week should make the 30 easier, just like you’d find 20 a lot easier than when you first did it.

The recommendation is that we all do a minimum of 150 minutes of cardio exercise, as mentioned in the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... but of course that doesn't have to all be running.
To get to the point where any given distance/duration begins to feel easy, you really need run further/longer.

I’m in the same place but consolidating for a month on 3 x 5k a week and hoping it gets easier before extending a run.
