I read all the warnings about Week 6, and I listened. I started out strong and then slowed down. In the second run (8 min) I felt I could keep going but kept to the plan. I believe in the plan, it has worked so far. I’ve done things I never thought I could do, I think I can do this.

Congratulations, you think that you can do this, I know that you WILL do it, well done on completing run 1 of week 6, one more run with interval walks, then it's all continuous running starting with run 3 of week 6, enjoy 😊.

Yep, W6 R1 and R2 aren’t the easiest but they are manageable if you are ready for them. The danger is when people expect them to be easy because they did 20 minutes in week 5. What it shows you is you’ve reached a stage where walking breaks don’t matter so much any more.

Great post. You can definitely do this. Great message, keep to the plan to avoid fatigue and injury however good you feel. Enjoy your running!
