W3r1 done!

I gotta say that getting up to go for a run this morning was hard because it was still dark but once I got into to first 3 minute run I remembered how much I enjoy running! It was raining too but it was quite fun running in the rain! My glasses kept on steaming up though and I had to take them off during my last 3 minute run! Any tips on how to prevent this from happening?

The actual run felt really good and was surprised how quickly I adapted to it from week 2! The last 3 minute run almost killed me though as I was running up hill! Can't wait for the wk3r2!

When I run in the rain I have to take my glasses off and just run slowly in a fuzzy blur - don’t think there’s a way around it if you’re not a contact lens person (which I’m not).

Yeah true, I'm not a contact lense person either. My eyesight isn't that bad, but I still do notice it when I don't have my glasses on. Hopefully it won't rain on my next run.
