Whenever I put on some weight, it’s all go to my thighs and buttocks only. I have very small waist, arms and back all the time. So, I do squat and lunge every time as a start and get my thighs protruding more and more 🥵🥵 then I stop them immediately and continue with waking and skipping rope.
So, anyone knows which other exercise for thighs without enlarge them??

Actually running goes well with me. Slimming my thighs. Am very cautious this time take a high protein meal after running.. no diet but healthy choices
