Squat and Lunge get my thighs BIGGER!!

Hi

Whenever I put on some weight, it’s all go to my thighs and buttocks only. I have very small waist, arms and back all the time. So, I do squat and lunge every time as a start and get my thighs protruding more and more 🥵🥵 then I stop them immediately and continue with waking and skipping rope.

So, anyone knows which other exercise for thighs without enlarge them??

I would love to know, in the 5 months running my thighs just get bigger and bigger! I may have to take up rugby.

Actually running goes well with me. Slimming my thighs. Am very cautious this time take a high protein meal after running.. no diet but healthy choices

Yes firmer. I don’t care of it firm in that Big size. I stoped Squat forever!

Exercise builds muscle.......... you can't escape that.
